GENERAL WORKING ETHICS

DO'S

  1. Be polite all the time to everyone. (working staff, client, guests and children)

  2. Greeting. (Keep smiling face and Say Hi all the time)

  3. Be kind and patient to all kids and parents.

  4. Be fair and respect to all races.

  5. Responsible for guests’ / children’s safety.

  6. Good grooming. (being neat, clean, and dressed appropriately)

  7. Responsible for assigned job scope / position.

  8. Use simple language to communicate with kids during event.

  9. Being kid-friendly if it is a kid event and you’re handling with the kids.

DONT'S

  1. Smoking, at/around event venue at any point of time.

  2. Chit chat with other crews during the event.

  3. Talk with vulgar language.

  4. Give wrong information to guests. 

  5. Eat while on duty.

  6. Eat & drink at public area. (you may have your lunch at assigned area)

  7. Chit chat on phone / play phone while on duty and customer is around.

  8. Help people / other company to perform their jobs without consent of Event Manager.

  9. Last minute absent, unless with valid reason or with prior notice.

  10. Talk negatively to the customer, scold customers, shout on them

  11. Being not kid-friendly to the kids.

  12. Go out with your friend or family during working hours.

  13. Give extra gift to all participant without instruction from Floor Manager/  Project Manager.

BEFORE EVENT

  9. Being kid-friendly if it is a kid event and you’re handling with the kids.

DURING EVENT

  1. Please do not simply answer any other question other than the event flow.

  2. If happen, please ask them to refer to Floor Manager and Project Manager.

  3. Please report critical incidence happened at event areas to the Floor Manager/Project Manager immediately.

  4. Always stay at your assigned position, please inform and get approval from Floor Manager before you leave your position.

  5. Do not decide break time at your own, Floor Manager will arrange and inform you.

  6. Never take longer break time than timeframe given by Floor Manager.

  7. Please ensure your counter / position and event area’s cleanliness.

  8. Clean up the rubbish whenever you found it is located in the event area.

  9. Ensure the activities are carried out safely, report to Floor Manager if you found out potential risk.

AFTER EVENT

  1. Ensure to return back every property belonging to the company, for example: uniform, lanyard, free gifts, goody bags etc.

  2. Help on dismantle. (if required)

  3. Ensure your counter/position’s inventory (e.g. stationery) before and after the event is same.

  4. Help to clean up the event venue if required.

INTRODUCTION OF TEAM LEADER

  1. Please recognize the colour of the lanyard, it indicates different position for the events. 
    a) Blue Lanyard: Normal Crews
    b) Red Lanyard: Floor Manager
    c) Black Lanyard: Project Manager

  2. Be complying to what Floor Manager’s instruction, to ensure the event goes smooth.

  3. Please go for Floor Manager first if anything happen, only go for Project Manager if Floor Manager is not around.

  4. Any question please get the answer/ advice from only Floor Manager / Project Manager, strictly not from other crews.
