Yet, in this current day for a skill to be so crucial for businesses, employees are not often formally trained on the standards of professional business communication.

This valuable training module reveals what makes a good professional communication across different channels, with many familiar examples, and practical exercises.

The second part of the training goes up in sophistication, to cover Empathetic Communication; Using empathy in your communication, to create a genuine connection and good collaboration.

When an audience is impressed with a presentation, usually within the first two minutes, they are far more likely to buy-in to its content.

The first part of our module teaches our audience about the features of strong, influential and memorable presentations, and allows them to practice and hone these skills. 

The second part of the module focuses on facilitation skills, with the aim that audience members should become comfortable with, and competent at, running productive meetings and discussions back at their workplace. 

Facilitator-run sessions are better-managed, imbued with clear thinking through the use of smart tools and techniques, and enjoy good participation and buy-in. The more of your team can play the facilitator role at meetings, discussions and workshops, the more productive, inclusive and innovative your business will be!

The best way to inspire high performance within your team, is to ensure clarity and buy-in amongst all members, on the team’s Mission, Goals, Roles & Responsibilities, Resources, Values, Behaviours and Actions for the coming year. 

This module is professionally facilitated by Radiant Consulting  and is fully customized to each of our clients. 

We guide teams to create their Team Charter, capturing all of these thoughts, in a physical form to bring back to their workplace!

The first part of great execution is breaking down the big vision and strategy into smaller, specific goals which predict success, and then measuring and holding team members accountable to the achievement of these goals.

Participants will be introduced to the Franklin Covey Institute’s 4 Disciplines of Execution, a model used successfully by thousands of companies. They will experience real application of these disciplines based on their actual goals. 

The second part of great execution is running lean, fast and efficient projects. In this section, we reveal the top 10 project-spoilers, as well as the 10 smart and practical solutions which ensure that they do not spoil your project!

We also pin-down what project leaders must bring to a project, in order to inspire others!

We are now entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution, often called The 2nd Machine Age, an era in which innovation accelerates at a dizzying speed, with a range of new technologies that are fusing the physical, digital and biological worlds, and much of it driven by intelligent, learning machines. 

Whole economies, industries and professions are fundamentally affected and altered.
